Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tracnify platform at tracnify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users including individuals, agencies, and businesses.

Tracnify provides a SaaS platform that enables users to rent Facebook agency-level advertising accounts, manage campaigns, track spend analytics, and access related advertising infrastructure services.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook). The Facebook name and logo are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use Tracnify only for lawful advertising that complies with Facebook's Advertising Policies and all applicable laws. You may not run ads that promote illegal products or services, contain deceptive content, violate the rights of third parties, or are otherwise prohibited under Facebook's policies.

Violation of Facebook's Advertising Policies while using a Tracnify account may result in account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to terminate any account engaged in prohibited activities.

All deposits made to your Tracnify wallet are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or required by law. Deposits fund your ad account spending and pay for platform services.

We reserve the right to change service fees with reasonable notice. Continued use after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Rented Facebook agency ad accounts remain the property of the issuing agency relationship at all times. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assigned ad account for advertising during the rental period.

You may not share, resell, or sublicense access to assigned ad accounts without our written permission.

If a rented ad account is restricted or disabled for policy reasons beyond your control and you have not violated Facebook's Advertising Policies, we will replace it with a comparable account within 24 hours. This guarantee does not apply to accounts restricted due to policy violations by the user.

Tracnify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost ad spend, lost revenue, or loss of campaign data.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, remaining wallet balances may be subject to withdrawal according to our refund policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
