Tracnify ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tracnify platform at tracnify.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our services.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, name or nickname, and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.

Billing and Financial Data: We collect deposit amounts, transaction references, and wallet balance information. We do not store full payment instrument details such as card or bank account numbers directly.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform including page views, dashboard actions, campaign submissions, and session activity to improve the service and diagnose issues.

Our platform connects to the Facebook Marketing API to enable campaign management. Your campaign and spending data is transmitted to and from Facebook's systems in accordance with their policies. Please review Facebook's own privacy policy for details.
